Rescheduling: The client may reschedule an appointment once free of charge if the rescheduling is communicated at least 72 hours before the agreed appointment via the link in the booking confirmation or by email. A second rescheduling may be made possible if it is communicated at least 14 days in advance and a substitute date is available. There is no entitlement to a second or further rescheduling. Cancellation: For a cancellation up to 72 hours before the appointment, the amount paid is refunded in full. For a later cancellation or a no-show, the fee generally remains owed, because the appointment can regularly not be given to someone else at short notice. Saved expenses and income from an actual alternative allocation are credited. Consumers remain entitled to prove that no damage or significantly lower damage occurred. Mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Illness and personal prevention: For a first short-notice illness-related prevention, a one-time free rescheduling may be made possible as a gesture of goodwill. A specific diagnosis is not required. For further short-notice preventions, the general rescheduling and cancellation conditions apply. Lateness: If the client arrives late, the appointment generally ends at the originally agreed time. There is no entitlement to extension, repetition or partial refund unless the delay was caused by the Provider. Cancellation by the Provider: If the appointment cannot take place, a reasonable substitute date is offered with priority. If personal delivery by Alissa Smajilovic was not expressly agreed as an essential characteristic, a professionally qualified substitute may be used. For an expressly personal booking, a substitute is only used with consent. If neither a substitute date nor a substitute service is possible, the amount for the unperformed appointment is refunded. One-time bookable appointments: Offers marked as one-time, in particular free first or discovery calls, can only be used once per person, regardless of the email address or company name used.

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. Expiry for digital content: For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires when provision begins, if you expressly consented to the start before the end of the period, confirmed your knowledge of the loss of the right and received a contract confirmation on a durable medium. The right of withdrawal may expire for the digital content when its provision begins; for live, mentoring, support or other services not yet fully performed, it does not expire merely because the digital content was unlocked.
